Job DescriptionTinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. This permanent opportunity provides a blend of outpatient clinic care, surgical services, and hospital call while serving a rural and underserved patient population.\ N

Schedule
\ N40-hour work week
8-hour clinic days\ N
One dedicated surgeryday per week\ N
Four hours of administrative time weekly\ N
Clinical Practice\ N
Comprehensive OB/GYN care including outpatient clinic visits, surgical procedures, and hospital deliveries\ N
Prenatal care and routine gynecologic procedures\ N
Dedicated clinic blocks for procedures (30–60 minutes)\ N
Clinic Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day\ N
Deliveries: Approximately 25–30 per month for the group\ N

Mix of OB and GYN patients based on referral needs\ N

Call Schedule
\ NWeekday call approximately 1:2 (Mon 8a – Fri 5p)\ N
Weekend call approximately 1:4 (Fri 5p – Mon 8a)\ N
The long-term goal isto extend the weekday call rotation to 1:3.\ N
Compensation &Incentives\ N
Base Salary: $210,000 – $315,000 (DOE)\ N
Sign-On / Retention Bonus Options\ N
3-Year Commitment: $30,000 sign-on bonus paid upon hire\ N
4-Year Commitment: $50,000 total ($30,000 upon hire + $20,000 midpoint payment)\ N
5+ Year Commitment: $100,000 total ($50,000 upon hire + $50,000 midpoint payment) plus an additional week of PTO\ N
