Description:
We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, high-performing neonatal care team.
The role involves providing neonatal care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries.
This full-time NNP position includes a mix of 16-24-hour shifts for optimal work-life balance.
Responsibilities include attending deliveries, with no transport responsibilities required.
You will provide care across multiple facilities and will be assigned to a specific healthcare system.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists and advanced practice providers, is essential.
You will function with a high level of autonomy, supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call neonatologist backup.
This position requires residency within the immediate local area.
Candidates with relocation needs will be considered.
