Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) - Kansas City, MO | Full-Time at Leading Facility

License/Certs: Board Certified Neonatal NP required; active MO license preferred
Experience: New grads welcome; prior NICU experience helpful but not required

What You'll Do Provide neonatal care within a Level-IIIB, Level-IIIA, and Level-II NICU settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver family-centered neonatal services
Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and staff trainings
Contribute to education programs, including a structured new graduate transition program
Engage in patient and family education, utilizing Angel Eye and other support tools
Support well-baby coverage and NICU family support programs at the hospital
What You Need Active Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
Valid Missouri or compact state license (preferred)
New grads are encouraged to apply; clinical skills in NICU setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high standards of neonatal care and family support
