Minimum 3-5 years Oncology NP work experience (not including RN experience) - not accepting new graduates
Hospitalist team proving inpatient support
Not accepting Locums candidates
Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers
Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required
Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. Master's and/or Doctorate degree from accredited Nursing Program (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner - REQUIRED
IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Minimum 3-5 years Oncology NP work experience (not including RN experience) - REQUIRED
DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
CSR/CDS (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
Willing to provide coverage at Davenport, Clinton, and Silvis clinics (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
