Seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic team for a Full-Time position in Woodlands, TX.
POSITION DETAILS
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week with minimal call after hours and weekends
• Licensing: Preference given to applicants with Compact Licensing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct in-person visits at our Woodlands office as required.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in minimal after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Two to three years of experience in family medicine is required.
• Active Compact License or eligibility for state licensing preferred.
• Strong telemedicine or virtual care experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
