$739K Guaranteed + $100K Bonus | Level III Trauma Center | Earning Potential $1M+

365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in the Quad Cities region of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

Position Snapshot
$739,410 Guaranteed Compensation (First Two Years)
Production-Based Compensation Beginning Year 3

100% Inpatient Practice
Monday–Friday Schedule (8 AM–5 PM)
Shared Evening and Weekend Call: 1:8

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care
Manage complex fractures and musculoskeletal injuries
Perform operative and non-operative trauma procedures
Participate in shared evening and weekend call coverage
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
Support postoperative management with dedicated clinic resources
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with expertise in:
Orthopedic Traumatology
OR Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty with trauma experience
Open to graduating fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons.
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty
Active Iowa and Illinois medical licenses (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical and surgical expertise
Commitment to team-based, high-quality care
Clean malpractice and license history

Straight production model beginning Year 3
