Established outpatient Endocrinology practice located in Pueblo, CO.
EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.
Enjoy a busy clinic schedule seeing about 15 patients/day.
Must be interested in Permanent placement - not accepting Locums candidates
Cannot accept visa candidates
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism - REQUIRED
Active CO license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
Certification Requirements Board Certified
