Patient population includes pediatrics through geriatrics
Average daily patient census: 18-22
Join a collaborative team including one Nurse Practitioner
Opportunities for clinical teaching and supervision of Family Medicine residents from St. Joseph Health System
Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services
May be required to maintain active medical staff membership at SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply
Procedures Performed: Chronic disease management
Dressing changes
Sutures
Biopsies
Pap smears
Joint injection/aspiration
Skin tag and mole removal
Certifications Required: ACLS
BLS
DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
Board Certification in Family Medicine
Additional Information: EMR in Use: Epic
Visa Candidates: Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Locums: Not accepting locums candidates
Willing to License: No - active Indiana license required
