Blanchard Valley Hospital is currently looking for 3 Perm Family Medicine providers to join their team!

Findlay Hospital: 150 bed, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center, 1200 deliveries/year, Level II Special Care Nursery 32 weeks+
Bluffton Hospital: 25-bed, specialty clinics, 24-hour ED, diagnostic services, outpatient surgery/procedures
Findlay Surgery Center: Free-standing facility, 4 OR's, 2 endoscopy suites, procedure rooms
Robotics Center, (4) da Vinci surgical robots (two Xi/two X)

Job Description: 10 primary care locations
Three locations in a rural setting with high need, Bluffton Primary Care, Carey Medical Center & Ottawa Diagnostic Center
Flexible schedule, option of extended morning or evening hours
100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 practice call
24-hour in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services
Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership

Accepting new graduate candidates
Not accepting J-1 or H-1B applicants
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $250,000 to $350,000/year
Base salary plus production bonus

Requirement description :
