On Call Requirements: Shared with MFM Partner/Medical Director - primarily phone consultations with hospital visits as needed

Certifications Required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
Board Certification (or Board Eligible)
Malpractice History Verification (NPDB/FSMB)
Additional Information Willing to License: No - Active Michigan license required
Estimated Privileging Timeline: TBD
