License/Certs: Board Certified in Neonatology
Experience: Relevant Neonatology experience preferred

What You'll Do Provide family-centered neonatal care in a Level II special care nursery
Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to coordinate care
Participate in clinical quality improvement (CQI) and research projects
Contribute to a team supporting service expansion and best practices
Support newborns' health and well-being during your shift
Engage with a network of experienced Pediatrix providers across numerous NICUs
What You Need Valid medical license in Virginia
Certification in Neonatology (Board Certified)
Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication skills and compassion for families
