Not accepting Locums candidates
Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. Board Eligible (with plans to become BC within 1 year) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - REQUIRED
IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
