Job Opportunity
DO candidates are preferred, but will also consider MDs.
Provider will be seeing all ages
The selected candidate will join a group of experienced Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
15 exam rooms; 3 per doc
Medical and Administrative support: 1 PT physician who does 3 days/week; 3 NPs, 2 FT physicians + MAs assigned to them
Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine.
Equitable call (1:4 weekday/weekend)
18 patients/day
ACO clinical wraparound support services
In-network specialist referral
Point of care lab on site
EPIC EMR
Not accepting Locums candidates
Not accepting visa candidates
Not accepting new graduates
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - REQUIRED
Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
PA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
DEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice/license - REQUIRED
Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
