365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in the Quad Cities region of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive orthopedic care
Manage fractures and traumatic injuries
Treat sports-related injuries and degenerative joint conditions
Perform arthroscopic and elective orthopedic procedures
Participate in shared evening and weekend call coverage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care

We are seeking a surgeon with expertise in: General Orthopedic Surgery
Fracture Management
Sports Injuries
Arthroscopy
Elective Orthopedic Procedures
Joint Disorders
Open to graduating residents, fellows, and experienced orthopedic surgeons.
Qualifications MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Active Iowa and Illinois licenses (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical and surgical expertise
Commitment to outstanding patient outcomes
Clean malpractice and license history

Compensation & Benefits $739,410 guaranteed compensation for the first two years

Straight production model beginning Year 3
