License: Eligible for state licenses
Certifications: BLS, ABOS Board Certified/Eligible
Must-Have:
ABOS Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Sports Medicine.
Strong arthroscopic and open sports surgery skills.
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe medications.
DEA certification.
Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of a new and rapidly growing orthopedic practice.
You will have the autonomy to shape and elevate a comprehensive sports medicine program in a vibrant community.
We are looking for a surgeon skilled in advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, shoulder and knee surgery, and comprehensive care for athletes and active adults.
With a strong referral network, dedicated OR access, and robust APP support, you will step into immediate case volume.
This practice is designed for long-term success.
You will build a premier sports program with clinical pathways and community partnerships.
There is high-volume case potential across shoulder, knee, and general sports injuries.
The role features a collaborative care model with physical therapy, trainers, primary care, emergency medicine, anesthesia, and pain management.
Experience work-life balance with a predictable schedule, shared call, and strong support.
This practice includes Level III Trauma Center services with a call rotation of 1:8 for evenings and weekends.
Dedicated APP support is provided along with a strong referral base from primary care, urgent care, and athletic programs.
Excellent OR access is available in a collaborative environment.
