Perm Orthopedic Sports Medicine Physician
$739K Guaranteed + $100K Bonus | Sports Medicine | Earning Potential $1M+

365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in the Quad Cities region of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive orthopedic sports medicine care
Perform advanced arthroscopic and open procedures
Manage shoulder, knee, and sports-related injuries
Perform ligament reconstruction and cartilage restoration procedures
Treat athletes and active adults
Participate in shared call coverage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon with expertise in: Advanced arthroscopy
Shoulder surgery
Knee surgery
Ligament reconstruction
Cartilage restoration
Hip preservation experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications MD or DO
Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible
Iowa and Illinois licenses (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
BLS certification
Strong arthroscopic and open sports surgery skills
Clean malpractice and license history
Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons.
