Urology Physician
$515K-$582K + $50K Bonus | Robotics | High-Volume Practice
Troy, New York
365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Troy, New York.

Position Snapshot
Base Salary: $515,000 - $582,000
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
Schedule: Full-time, daytime clinical and surgical schedule
Call: 1:4 shared rotation
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Practice Environment Hospital-employed position
High-volume practice with strong referral base
Access to robotic-assisted surgery
Dedicated OR block time available
Epic EMR
Collaborative, physician-led environment
Surgeries performed at a well-equipped hospital with modern surgical capabilities.
Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general urology care
Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions including: BPH
Urologic cancers (prostate, bladder, kidney)
Kidney stones
Voiding dysfunction
Urinary incontinence
Sexual dysfunction
Perform surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted cases
Manage both outpatient clinic and inpatient care
Collaborate with primary care and specialty referral network
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification (prior to start)
Clean malpractice and license history
Open to early-career and experienced physicians .
