Monday through Friday

No Call
\ NMajority of their proceduresare done at their two ASCs – both have MIS\ N
Larger procedures (surgical etc) are done in hospital if an overnight stay is required\ N
Payor mix is 85% commercial insurance\ N
Strong Base salary and production\ N
Tiered bonus structure base on collections\ N
Partnership potentialafter 2 years\ N
Option to buy into the ASC\ N
They are majority owners and management of both ASCs\ N
