Salary Range: $28.95/hour - $47.28/hour (based on education and experience) Permanent Placement Fee: 18%
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the ethical, cost effective management, delivery, documentation, and outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with an established physical plan of care and in compliance with all applicable licensure/certification requirements, profession physical therapy acts, federal, state and agency policies and procedures. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.The outpatient physical rehab center at Norman Regional 9 is a brand-new facility aimed at multidisciplinary care for a wide range of patients and diagnoses. Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners or a Graduate PT eligible for Oklahoma licensure or Physical Therapy student in the final semester of graduate school - Required (Must obtain licensure before assuming patient care)
BLS - Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Oklahoma
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Oklahoma license must be active at time of submission!
