Position Overview
A growing hospice organization is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Clinical Services (ADCS) to help lead its clinical operations.
This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, primarily remote weekend responsibilities, and meaningful leadership involvement while ensuring compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.
Working closely with the Director of Clinical Services, you'll oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, support regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient care.
Responsibilities
Support daily hospice clinical operations
Lead, coach, and mentor interdisciplinary staff
Coordinate patient care, staffing, and scheduling
Ensure hospice regulatory compliance
Drive quality assurance and performance improvement
Provide weekend clinical oversight and staff support
Conduct patient visits when clinically necessary
Collaborate with physicians and community partners
Requirements
Active Arizona RN license
Minimum 2 years of hospice experience required
Supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and support interdisciplinary teams
Reliable transportation for occasional patient visits
