Clinical Pharmacist opening in Critical Care with a hospital in Tallahassee.

Mixed - Rotate every other weekend

280+ bed hospital with a 14 bed ICU unit
As a Advanced Clinical Pharmacist you are primarily responsible for the direction of the critical care service line within the hospital. In addition you ensure patients receive safe, effective, evidence-based, and cost-effective selection and utilization of medications in the ICU.
Participate in facility committees responsible for establishing and implementing medication-related policies and procedures within the ICU
Assist with clinical services such as drug consults, nutrition support, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulant monitoring, pain management, IV to PO, renal dosing and other programs as defined by Pharmacy Leadership.
Experience you'll need
BS or PharmD
Florida license
3 years of hospital experience in critical care or residency in Infectious disease or Critical care
Requirements
