Practice Snapshot
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Ops: 4 operatories (2 hygiene + 2 procedure)
Current Coverage: Only part-time doctor support today huge upside for a full-time provider
Support Team: 2 RDHs + full front office staff
Schedule: 8am 5pm 4 5 days per week
Patient Flow: Full, active patient base

Bread & butter general dentistry
Crowns & restorative
Invisalign
Implant cases
Full-family dentistry (peds included complex cases can be referred out)
Compensation & Benefits
Production Pay: 33% of production
Daily Guarantee: 3 6 month guarantee ramp period
Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: Available for the right candidate
PTO: 8 days + major holidays (increases with tenure)
