Practice Environment
Outpatient-only setting
Serving urban and rural patient populations
Average patient volume: 18-22 patients per day
Primarily adult patient population with limited pediatric care
Team-based care model
Support staff includes:Medical Assistants (MAs)
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
Onsite services and specialties include:X-Ray
Pediatrics
OB/GYN
Behavioral Health
Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Clinical / 12:00 PM-5:00 PM Administrative Time
Lunch break provided
Call Requirement: Rotating phone-only call coverage, approximately one week at a time
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Manage preventive care and wellness visits
Provide chronic disease management
Coordinate patient care with specialists and ancillary services
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Board Certified
BLS Certification Required
Active North Carolina license
Prior Medicare and Medicaid enrollment required
Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine experience preferred
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $95k New Grad-$120,000
Production and quality incentive opportunities
No after-hours or weekend differential pay
PTO: 160 hours annually
CME Allowance: $2,000 reimbursement
