PHYSICAL THERAPIST - OUTPATIENT - CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA , ONSITE ROLE - UPTO $90K P/ANNUM - UP TO $10K SIGN-ON BONUS.

The Client is a growing healthcare services organization dedicated to providing high-quality outpatient rehabilitation and therapy services across the United States. With more than 300 facilities nationwide, the organization brings together experienced healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and specialized rehabilitation programs. Its mission is to improve patient outcomes while building strong relationships with the communities it serves.
Approximately 50 patient visits per week, supporting individualized treatment and quality patient care.
Access to AI Scribe technology to streamline documentation and reduce administrative workload.
Monday–Friday outpatient schedule.
Access to H2U continuing education resources, clinician-developed courses, live CEU opportunities, and collaboration with experienced therapists.
Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes.
Provide patient-centered care while supporting functional improvement and rehabilitation goals.
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or qualifying equivalent.
Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
