General Dentist
Join a well-established, dentist-led group practice in Wisconsin with a strong patient base and full clinical support. This is an opportunity to build your practice within a collaborative, multi-specialty environment while focusing entirely on patient care.
Position Highlights
Established practice with steady patient flow
4 or 5 day work week
One Saturday per month (7:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
Full-time schedule of 36+ clinical hours
Clinical autonomy with the ability to expand procedures such as Endo, Implants, Oral Surgery and more
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation around $200,000 plus production incentive
30% to 35% of net revenue
Average earnings $240,000+ with many providers earning $300,000 to $400,000+ depending on scope expansion
12 month guarantee for new graduates
6 month guarantee for experienced providers

Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based best practices
Develop and present treatment plans clearly and effectively
Perform restorative, preventive, endodontic and surgical procedures within scope
Evaluate periodontal health and provide appropriate care or referrals
Collaborate with in-house specialists for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
Strong clinical skills and patient-focused communication
Interest in professional growth and continuing education
