TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a privately owned outpatient clinic in Texas. This permanent opportunity offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment, manageable patient volumes, and the autonomy of solo practice with strong on-site support.

Supervising Physician: Solo provider model with collaborative feedback encouraged

Setting: Outpatient clinic only
Patient Population: Community-based, family-oriented
Age Range Treated: All ages (6 months and older)
Average Daily Volume: 25–35 patients per day
Exam Rooms: 5
EMR: AdvancedMD
Support Staff: Front Desk Receptionist, Medical Assistant

Schedule & Coverage
Start Date: Flexible / ASAP
Schedule:Week 1: 3 days a week
Week 2: 4 days a week (Sunday is the 4th day)

Weekend Coverage: Alternating weekends, Sunday shifts are 6 hours

State License: Texas
Credentialing Timeline: ASAP
Needs to live within 45 miles
