Job description
Full-time Perm
Responsible for treatment plans for lower acuity illnesses, diagnostic/screening evaluations, and emphasizing/educating patients on preventive care and a healthy lifestyle
Schedule - 4-5 days a week from 9 am - 5:30 pm
Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish
Have a New York license in Hand and board-certified
Patients per day: 25-35
