Aya Healthcare is seeking a Permanent Staff Manager RN to lead and support nursing teams for our hospital partners nationwide. In this full-time role, you will oversee clinical staff performance, coordinate staffing needs, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and mentor RNs to deliver exceptional patient care.
