Aya Healthcare is seeking a Permanent Staff Manager RN to lead and support clinical nursing teams for our healthcare partners nationwide. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day staff performance, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and collaborate with facility leadership to meet staffing and clinical goals. You will coach and mentor RNs, manage schedules, support onboarding, and uphold regulatory and policy compliance.
