Job description
Aya Healthcare is seeking a Permanent Staff OT for Home Health services. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, performing evaluations, developing and updating plans of care, and delivering one-on-one treatments that promote safety, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately in EMR, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate visits in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care.
