Job Description
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physician for a permanent Urgent Care opportunity with a multi-site outpatient urgent care group in North Carolina and Tennessee. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the ability to focus on patient care in a high-functioning urgent care environment.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Schedule
Flexible 3-4 day work week
Block scheduling available
Clinic Hours
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Practice Environment
Outpatient urgent care setting
Treating patients ages 6 months through adults
EMR: Experity
On-site services include:
CLIA-approved lab
Digital X-ray
Additional provider support added as patient volume increases
Focus on episodic care, physicals, diagnostics, and minor procedures
Clinical Responsibilities
Acute care visits
School, sports, annual, and pre-employment physicals
Vaccinations
Interpretation of X-rays and lab results
Minor procedures under local anesthesia
Requirements
ACLS required
DEA required
DOT Certification required or willingness to obtain
Civil Surgeon designation required or willingness to obtain
CAQH registration required
Must be eligible for credentialing with major payors
