Now is your chance to join the team and help establish Cane's in the U.K!Permit CoordinatorThe Permit Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the restaurant's operational permits and licenses while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance efforts. This role coordinates permit applications, tracks permit status, and ensures timely payment of associated fees. The Permit Coordinator partners with internal departments, restaurant operators, and regulatory agencies to support efficient permit administration.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all permits, including key deadlines and renewal datesCoordinate the payment of permit fees and associated costsEnsure accurate record-keeping of all permit-related transactions and documentationCollaborate with internal departments to gather information required for permit applications and renewalsPartner with regulatory agencies, local authorities, and restaurant operators to coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance processesAddress compliance issues and support timely resolutionReview and update permit-related processes to support compliance with applicable regulations and internal standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvementsQualifications1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceKnowledge of basic accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:Associate's degree or higherAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Terms of UsePrivacy PolicyCandidate Privacy NoticeIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
