Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant for the CEO who runs a growing financial services firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong foundation in personal assistance supporting executive-level staff. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a requirement for this role, as is the ability to work in the office four days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and professional correspondence
Handle confidential documents and sensitive financial information with the utmost discretion
Coordinate projects and meetings, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with the daily operations and support the personal needs of the CEO and their family
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a personal assistant for a High-Net-Worth Individual
Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities
