Our personal bankers believe in trust, integrity, and building relationships with our customers, who span generations. They're empathetic problem-solvers who consistently deliver our kind of banking experience—the kind that makes people want to stop by the bank and say hello.What you'll do:Manage an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion and retention of customersMaintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with a particularly high level of expertise on all deposit and loan products. This is necessary to effectively educate customers on these productsProvide transactional services to include accepting deposits, payments, and check cashing, as neededUse all opportunities to meet assigned sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing personal financial needs with customers and present product and service solutions to our customers in which Frost can best serve their needsEducate and advise customers about products and servicesWork effectively and amicably with all Frost bankers and customersMaking outbound phone calls to customers for service, sales and onboarding effortsKeep abreast of current product, technology and industry trendsManage risk and actively practice loss preventionEnsure that the quality of service given to customers is prompt, efficient, accurate and courteousAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you'll need:Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 7:30am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–1:15pmExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganizational skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degreeFrost Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance401(k) matchingGenerous holiday and paid time off scheduleTuition reimbursementExtensive health and wellness programs, including our Employee Assistance ProgramReferral bonus program + more!Since 1868, Frost has dedicated their expertise to provide exceptional banking, investment, and insurance services to businesses and individuals throughout Texas.
