Job description
Consumer Banking OperationsThe Consumer Baking Operations area is responsible for delivering consumer banking products and services to individual customers, including personal loans, savings and checking accounts, mortgages, and credit cards. Activities may include:Processing account openings and closuresManaging loan applications and approvalsFacilitating transactionEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirementsProviding customer support for banking servicesMay include branch operations, customer service, and transaction processingPersonal Banker activities may include:Support of promotional activitiesEnhancing customer relationshipsReferring customers to other areas, as appropriateOther duties as assignedRequires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include:Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.Typically requires 7+ years relevant experienceMay require vocational or technical trainingMay require obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registrationWe are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
