As a Business Banking Center Manager III, you will: Work cooperatively with and through others, building and maintaining relationships. As Business Banking Center Manager III, you will have an opportunity to meet and provide exceptional service to a diverse audience. This will include responsibility for a variety of tasks including training and coaching a successful sales team in the pursuit of small business and consumer clients for the bank while acting as a key point of contact for clients. You will have responsibility for you and your team to achieve specific sales and service goals by providing a full range of business banking services to clients with an emphasis on deposit, treasury management and loan products. You will actively participate and represent our Bank in the community, drive the Work Perks Banking initiatives with business clients. You will be responsible for demonstrating a strong knowledge of installment loan options, providing a broad base of financial and credit services. Additionally, Business Banking Center Manager IIIs are expected to assist other departments as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. 5 years banking experience with external business development ~ Applicants must have a valid drivers license (may not be learners, restricted or "to and from work" license) and driving history that meets the Banks driver standards. Bachelors Degree or higher Treasury Management sales experience Consumer lending background and business lending experience Bilingual language skills Strong financial acumen and understanding of risk management Passionate about proactive sales and the prospecting of new business Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages We are a culture that believes that people are our greatest asset and are at the heart of everything we do.
