Hiring Personal Care Aides - Flexible Shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends)

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing , a trusted provider of in-home care services , is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our growing team in San Diego . If you're a caregiver , home health aide , or someone passionate about senior care , we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
* * Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
* Perform light housekeeping , laundry, and meal preparation
* Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
* Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
* Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
Qualifications:
* * Must pass a criminal background check
* Reliable transportation required
* Experience as a caregiver , PCA , or home health aide preferred
* Energetic, dependable, and organized
* Two references (1 professional, 1 personal)
