Assistant PositionWe are looking for a part-time Assistant to help organize and support the senior staff of Office Pride of OKC. Applicant must be motivated and ready to work and grow with the company. Responsibilities for Personal AssistantAnswer phone calls received and direct them appropriatelySocial Media organization and monitoring (Google, Facebook, Twitter, others)Record notes and messages for the employerSchedule and arrange meetings and conferencesManage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employerPerform as a liaison between the employer and staff as requiredAct as the first point of contact for the employer as necessaryManage the employer's calendar and appointment schedulingRead and write correspondence in mail or email formQualifications for Personal AssistantA certificate from a secretarial school preferredProven experience working as a personal assistant requiredProficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and social skillsExceptional organizational and time-management skillsFollows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashionProactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive resultsAble to sit, walk, stand for long hours at a timeCompensation: $100.00 per weekOffice Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is one of the most respected full-service janitorial and commercial cleaning companies in the nation.Built on a foundation of strong core values and a commitment to service excellence, our goals are to provide total customer satisfaction and a rewarding work environment for team members.You will be applying for a job with an independently owned and operated Office Pride franchised business and not with Faith Franchising Company, Inc., the franchisor of the Office Pride system, or any of its affiliates.
