Responsibilities: • Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects • Gather and assess each client’s financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and additional factors related to wealth management • Customize financial plans for each client based on his or her professional/work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs • Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals • Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your financial knowledge and skills, ensuring you can develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.Expand Client Base: Actively grow your career by networking within your community and introducing potential clients to the wide range of financial services we offer.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and guidance.Coachable and Open to Feedback: Stay receptive to feedback and coaching from senior advisors, continually refining your approach and strategies to improve performance.Obtain FINRA License: Work toward obtaining your FINRA license as part of your professional growth and development within the financial services industry.Financial Planning and Strategy: Assist clients in setting and achieving their financial objectives by creating and executing well-thought-out financial plans that align with their needs and aspirations.Achieve Sales and Performance Goals: Meet and exceed performance targets by consistently growing a client base and offering valuable financial solutions. Qualifications: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or other related field • Exemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients • Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessary • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related business or money management tools desired • Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 preferred but not required Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts and advice to clients, building trust and rapport.Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to continually develop financial knowledge and skills through training and mentorship.Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical thinking to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand client goals and provide personalized financial advice to help them achieve those objectives.Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.Prior Sales Experience (Preferred): While not required, prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus. Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
