Job description
Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
Corradino & Partners, LLC is an established and growing New Jersey plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeking an attorney to manage a caseload of motor vehicle, premises liability, dog bite, construction accident, wrongful death, and other negligence matters.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Clifton, New Jersey. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff while managing cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities
Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, trial, or other resolution
Conduct client consultations and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the life of the case
Review medical records, accident reports, expert reports, and other case-related documentation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and other litigation documents
Take and defend depositions
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
Attend court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as necessary
Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure files are progressing efficiently
Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey
Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing litigation matters and working directly with clients
Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Deposition, xzgxqkn negotiation, and courtroom experience are a plus
