Note: Applicants must be actively licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 2+ years of litigation experience and 1+ year of personal injury litigation experience, but experienced civil litigators with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
Develop case strategy and work closely with clients throughout the litigation process.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
Evaluate claims, analyze evidence, and advocate aggressively on behalf of injured clients.
Maintain strong client communication and provide exceptional client service.
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Bar license.
2+ years of litigation experience.
1+ year of personal injury litigation experience required.
Strong legal writing, communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
Courtroom, deposition, and motion practice experience is highly valued.
Desire to build a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
