Personal Injury Case Manager - Full-time
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in case management
Fluent in Spanish
Understanding of the Injury Claims Process
Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
Job Description:
Initial and ongoing client contact
Requesting medical records
Scheduling medical appointments
Managing client's medical care
Opening and closing files
Calendaring events
Resolving PD and loss of use
Reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medicare for lien resolution
Preparing files to submit to demand writers
Providing overall quality client care
