Intake SpecialistDordick Law Corporation, an award-winning personal injury law firm that specializes in litigating catastrophic injury cases, is seeking an intake specialist to work in its downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office. This position will share responsibility for streamlining and managing the multi-source intake process.Dordick Law Corporation is an award-winning, civil litigation personal injury law firm. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defects, and road design. We are very selective about the cases we accept and focus on the quality of the case rather than volume. This family-owned firm has offices in Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles, and Riverside. We also offer bonus pay, professional development assistance, and the opportunity to attend our annual trial college in Los Cabos, Mexico!Dordick Law Corporation is seeking a personal injury intake specialist to facilitate our referral and intake process. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have some experience with personal injury litigation, and be tech-savvy.Key responsibilities:Collect information on potential case referrals.Assist with the case approval and assignment process to eliminate bottlenecks.Work directly with clients and referral attorneys to gather necessary sign-up documents.Work with lead attorneys to get approvals on cases that come as organic or direct referrals.Requirements:Must have some plaintiff PI litigation experienceMust work in-office; this is not a remote roleMust be proactive and work independentlyMust be detail-oriented and capable of independent judgementMust have a pleasant phone manner and top-notch customer service skillsAbility to speak Spanish a plus but not a requirementIn addition to competitive pay, Dordick Law Corporation offers employees a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, ADD/Life insurance, an EAP, FSA/DCFSA, and onsite electric vehicle charging.Salary: $29 - $35 per hour
