Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney in Birmingham, Alabama. The attorney will manage motor vehicle and trucking accident cases, focusing on trial preparation and courtroom representation for plaintiffs.
Duties
Handle day-to-day litigation cases.
Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
Guide clients through the case process.
Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Requirements
Law degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Alabama.
Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications: Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
