A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Marietta, Georgia. The attorney will manage litigation cases, primarily involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, representing plaintiffs. Responsibilities include trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day litigation cases.
Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
Guide clients through the case process.
Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Requirements
Law degree from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active membership with the State Bar of Georgia.
