This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services.Responsibilities:Answer client's questions regarding payments and noticesProcess endorsements for clientsManage a diverse book of house accountsCross sell additional lines of business to existing customers (Once licensed)Support designated sales staffFollow up and see tasks thru to completionAppropriately document contact opportunitiesAct with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindsetQualifications:Carrier Knowledge requiredAble to handle renewals and re-shop as neededAble to handle endorsements with carriers and review for accuracy-purposesAble to work on Risk Control recommendationsAble to work on Notice of Cancellations and seek reinstatementAble to handle other duties as neededWhy work for Inszone Insurance?Our mission is to foster the ongoing development of career-oriented professionals providing the tools and resources necessary for growth.
