Personal Lines Account Manager - HNWLocation: Hybrid - Norfolk, VACompensation: $65,000 - $75,000We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager ready to join a local insurance firm that is experiencing growth in the mid-atlantic region!In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing expert advice to clients, and helping them protect their assets.Key responsibilities:Manage a high-volume personal lines book of business, with an emphasis on high-net-worth clients, while keeping work accurate and turnaround quickDeliver white-glove, highly personalized service and build lasting client relationships grounded in trustProcess endorsements and policy changes, and handle day-to-day policy servicingOversee the renewal process from start to finish, including reviewing terms and communicating changes to clientsExplore remarketing options when coverage or pricing no longer fits a client's needsConduct periodic coverage reviews to confirm clients have appropriate protection across their property and casualty exposuresApply working knowledge of underwriting guidelines when placing and servicing business with private-client carriers such as PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, and Berkley OneWork closely with carriers, producers, and internal team members to resolve issues and keep clients satisfiedCommunicate clearly in writing and by phone, documenting client interactions and follow-upsUse strong problem-solving and attention to detail to catch errors early and resolve complex client issuesQualifications:Minimum of 5 + years Personal Lines insurance, with experience handling HNW accounts and carriers.Active VA Property & Casualty license required.Tech Savvy: Experience with EPIC is a plus.Collaborative SpiritProblem Solver: Quick-thinking, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.Driven and Self-MotivatedApply: Send your resume confidentially to and call for more information.
