Personal Lines Account ManagerResponsive recruiter SouthPoint Risk, a member of Correll Insurance Group has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Account Manager at our office in Maryville, TN. The Personal Lines Account Manager provides high-level sales support and exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires strong independent judgment and discretion to consistently deliver superior service. The Account Manager contributes to the growth and retention of both new and renewal business in alignment with agency goals and offers field support to address client needs. Responsibilities include assisting clients with service requests, processing changes to existing accounts, and recommending appropriate insurance and risk management solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Quoting new business and remarketing renewals as neededUpdating all necessary items in management system and sending to client as neededReceiving and responding to client emails, phone calls, requests for endorsements, certificates, etc.; maintaining accurate and current electronic files documenting such requests are handled.Providing necessary client documents, checklists, and proposals.Using support tools (electronic tasks and expiration/renewal reports) to maintain an organized and effective workstation.Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and the companies we represent via phone, email, and written correspondence.Support teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects.Research and resolve coverage questions.Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance through consultative selling.Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:1 to 3 years experiences as a Personal Lines P&C Account Manager or similar is preferredPossess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License within 6-12 months of employment. Correll will assist in scheduling courses and cover the application and licensing fees along with covering the cost for bi-annual license renewals.Proficient in AMS360 and ImageRight (Worksmart) is preferred but not requiredLocation:South Point Risk | Maryville, TNWork Type:Full-time, M-F (Non-Exempt)Summary:If you enjoy helping others and are a compassionate, customer-focused individual, then apply today!
