Personal Lines Account Manager-WisconsinWork Arrangements: In-Office, Hybrid, or Remote Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are currently recruiting for Personal Lines Account Manager opportunities with insurance agencies throughout Wisconsin. Multiple positions are available, offering a variety of work environments including in-office, hybrid, and remote.We are seeking experienced Personal Lines professionals who enjoy building client relationships, providing excellent service, and managing day-to-day insurance needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and service an assigned book of Personal Lines accountsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsProcess endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and other service requestsReview policies and coverage to help ensure clients' needs are metObtain and process quotes as neededCommunicate with clients, carriers, and agency partnersProvide exceptional customer service and timely follow-upMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the agency management systemQualificationsActive Wisconsin Property & Casualty (P&C) license requiredPrevious Personal Lines insurance experienceStrong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and productsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with agency management systems is a plusApplied Epic or AMS360 knowledge a plusWhat We OfferBecause these are multiple opportunities with different Wisconsin agencies, compensation, benefits, work environment, and career advancement opportunities will vary by position.Opportunities are available for professionals seeking in-office, hybrid, or fully remote work.
