Personal Lines Account ManagerOur client is an independent insurance agency based in Raleigh, North Carolina, that is rapidly growing. Our job isn't to push a product; it's to give our clients an objective view of the marketplace, guide them through an important financial decision, and help them choose wisely.This role is ideal for a relationship-driven insurance professional who believes protecting families is more important than pushing policies. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them through coverage decisions with clarity, care, and integrity. You will take ownership of your book of business, deliver proactive communication, and ensure every client feels educated, supported, and confidently protected. Your key responsibilities may include:Manage and grow a book of personal insurance clientsConsult on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needsMulti-line, cross-sell, and account round current clientsDiligently work with new client inquiriesAnalyze risks and recommend appropriate coverage optionsMaintain strong client relationships through proactive communicationServe as a trusted advisor
